How do I search for items on the website?

You can search by collection in the catalog or click on search at the bottom of the page to sort through a list of all products available in store.

 

How do I search recently viewed items?

Click the magnifying glass in the upper yellow bar on the page to access your recently viewed items.


How do I add an item to my shopping cart?

On the product page, click “Add to cart.”


How do I check out items in my shopping cart?

Click on “the shopping bag icon” in the upper yellow bar on the page, and click “check out” to enter your shipping and billing address, see the total at check out including shipping and taxes, and to enter your payment information or use express checkout.

 

How do I create a wishlist or gift registry?

Click on the heart icon in the upper right hand corner of the item or click on “Add to my Wishlist” on the product page. Sign up and login to save the items on your wishlist or gift registry. You have the option to share the wishlist with family and friends.

 

How do I create an account and profile?

Click on “the person icon” in the upper right corner of the page to create and sign in to your accounts and edit profile.


What is your contact information, and when are your customer service hours?

If you are furnishing or decorating for a large renovation project, moving into a new home, or have questions about your gift registry and would like to schedule a consultation, call us at 484-262-9719, M-F between 9am - 5pm EST.

All refund requests MUST be submitted online by sending us a message to our email address at sanzio.home@gmail.com.

We welcome artisans to apply to Sanzio to feature handcrafted furniture, home decor, paintings, or custom framing in our online store. To find out how, email us at sanzio.home@gmail.com or message us through our contact page.


What is your shipping policy?

Every customer is important to us. We try to offer free standard shipping on most items within the United States, but some items may include a shipping fee based on size, price, fragility, or weight. Currently, we offer shipping only within the United States, and not all items are available to ship outside the contiguous United States. If a purchase is made and we do not offer shipping to your area, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you. We will keep our customers informed when we start to offer international shipping in the future.

 

What is your return policy?

We have a 4-week return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. You might also be asked to provide photographs of the item and a reason for the return.

To start a return, you can contact us at sanzio.home@gmail.com. All requests for returns must be emailed to Sanzio to initiate a return process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Do you offer free returns?

We wish we could! As a small business, every order and every customer is important to us, but we are unable to offer free returns at this time. If you need to return a product, we ask that you pay for the return shipping, which will be deducted from your overall refund.
